Description
Lockstitch machine OLISEW OLD-1510N-HL18 with single needle, compound transport and servo Direct DriveMachine is destined for heavy material sewing such as leather, car and furniture upholstery. Long arm with working area (from needle to body of the machine) is 450 mm length and 150 mm height. Parameters: maximum sewing speed 2000 spm, maximum length of stitch is 9 mm (in case of forward and backward sewing), height of foot lifting is 16 mm, needle system is 135x17, thickness of needle is 125-180 Nm. The model is equipped with mechanism protecting the hook and needle against any damage. In comparison with standard one, the hook is larger about 30%. It is especially useful in case of sewing with thick thread. There is system of lubrication of hook and regulating dial which set the height of inside walking foot according to thickness of sewn material. The switch located near needle bar turns on the function of bartacking while sewing. Servo motor 750W is equipped with: positioning function, pneumatic foot lifting back bartacking.
