Description
Single needle lockstitch machine OLISEW OLD-1510N-HL18-7 with compound transport and automatic functions. The machine is destined for heavy materials such as leather, furniture and car upholstery. There is a long arm with working space between needle and body of the machine – 450 mm long and 150 mm high. Parameters: maximum sewing speed is 2000 spm, maximum length of stitch is 9 mm or 12 mm (in case of forward and backward sewing), height of foot lifting – 16 mm, needle system 135x17, thickness of needle is between 125 to 180 Nm. The machine is equipped with a mechanism protecting needle and hook against damage. The hook is larger about 30% - it is useful in case of sewing with thick threads. The machine has automatic functions such as: foot lifting, bartacking, needle positioning, thread cutting and also automatic foot walking. There is also a system of lubrication of hook and few steps dial for regulating the height of inside walking foot according to sewn material. The machine is equipped with energy-saving Direct Drive servo motor.
