Description
2 needles lockstitch machine with compound transport: bottom drop feed, walking foot and needle transport. It is destined for heavy material sewing. The gauges between needles that are available are: 6; 8; 10 (standard) and 12 mm. Maximum sewing speed is 2500 spm. Maximum length of stitch is 9 mm (in case of forward and backward sewing). Height of foot lifting 16 mm. The machine is equipped with horizontal, rotary hooks with enlarged capacity. Needle system is 135x17. Thickness of needle is 125-180 Nm. The machine is equipped with mechanism protecting the needle and hook against any damage. The movement of drop feed according to rectangular shape reduces the risk of gathering material regardless of thickness of sewn material. The machine is equipped with automatic lubrication.
