Description
Fusing machine belt with continuous operation. Fusing width is 450mm and maximum consumption of heaters power is 4kW. Adjustable temperature up to 195C controlled by electronic thermostat with programming system (available information about desired and actual temperature). Machine has regulated fusing time and maximum pressure is 1,5kg/cm2. It’s equipped with belt self-positioning system, protection against slipping off the guide rollers as well as rollers used to remove excess of glue. Fusing machine belt has “one side open”, which enables to fuse materials wider than 450mm.
Compares to previous CS model, method of upper belt position sensors mounting was changed, which allow its stable handling. The new case ensures more efficient cooling of electronic components of the machine which extends their life.
