OLISEW OLD-8010H automatic 1-needle lockstitch machine is one of the most modern lockstitch machines available on the market. It has innovative solutions, nice design and high functionality. The machine is equipped with an integrated energy-saving servo motor, mounted in the head directly on the main shaft of the machine (Direct Drive system). The machine uses a stepper motor that is responsible for locking and controls the setting of the stitch length, which allows you to design 8 stitch patterns according to your own idea. In this way, the noise level during locking is reduced, and the stitch length setting is precise (accuracy up to 0.1 mm).

The automatic functions include: thread trimming, needle positioning, initial and final bartacking, programming sewing parameters, automatic foot lifting. Suitable for sewing medium and heavy fabrics. It has a closed lubrication system (no typical oil pan). A small amount of oil is kept in a closed container to prevent it from getting dirty. The modern design of the machine ensures better ventilation of the engine, and thus faster and more efficient operation, which results in a longer service life of the machine. The improved construction of the transport and pressure of the foot ensures better adjustment to the thickness of the sewn material. The machine has built-in LED lighting. Operation is easy thanks to the intuitive control panel.
