Description
Two needles lockstitch machine OLISEW OL-1565N with compound transport. It is destined for sewing heavy materials such as leather, car and furniture upholstery. The gauge between needles is 12 mm (there is function of split needles). Maximum sewing speed is 2500 spm. Maximum length of stitch is 9 or 12 mm (in case of forward and backward sewing). Height of foot lifting is to 16 mm. Needle system is 135x17. Thickness of needle is between 125 and 180 Nm. The machine is fitted with mechanism protecting needle and hook against any damage. The hook is larger about 30% (compared with a standard hook). It is useful in case of specialist sewing with thick thread. There is also system of lubrication of hook. The machine is fitted with few-steps dial for adjusting the height of inner walking foot according to thickness of sewn material. The machine is equipped with servo motor 750W with positioning function.
