Description

Post bed machine OLISEW OL-1765N with 2 split needles and compound transport. It is destined for heavy material sewing such as leather, upholstery. Parameters: maximum sewing speed is 2000 spm, maximum length of stitch is 9 mm (in case of forward and backward sewing), height of foot lifting is 16 mm,. needle system is 135x17. The needles gauges are as following: 6; 10; 12 (standard one is 8). The machine is equipped with mechanism protecting needle and hooks against damage as well as adjusting dial for regulating the height of internal walking foot according to thickness of sewn material. The switch that is located near needle bar turns on the function of bartacking while sewing. Servo motor 750W is equipped with needle positioning, pneumatic foot lifting and back bartacking.
