Description
OLISEW OLD-A7-H7 Single needle automatic lockstitch machine with a stitch length of up to 5 mm is one of the most modern lockstitch machines available on our market. It has innovative solutions, nice design and high functionality. The machine is equipped with an integrated energy-saving SERVO motor mounted in the head directly on the main shaft of the machine (Direct Drive system). This solution ensures quiet and reliable operation and reduces energy consumption compared to machines with a clutch motor. The automatic functions include: thread trimming, needle positioning, initial and final locking, programming sewing parameters, automatic foot lift. It is suitable for sewing medium and heavy materials (work clothes, jeans, upholstery). It has a closed lubrication system (no typical oil pan). A small amount of oil is in a closed tank to prevent it from getting dirty. The modern design of the machine ensures better ventilation of the engine, and thus faster and more efficient operation, which results in a longer life of the machine. The improved design of the presser foot transport and pressure ensures better adjustment to the thickness of the sewn material. The machine has built-in LED lighting. Operation is easy thanks to the intuitive operation panel and voice information.
