Description
The device is based on microprocessor technology and a programmable and intelligent PLC logic controller. This enables digital settings and fine adjustment of parameters.
Automatic temperature control; high stability; temperature fluctuations within ± 1C; an alarm signal informing about reaching the upper temperature limit prevents the cables from overheating. The functions of the synchronous drive of the upper and lower pressure roller chains, the automatic clearance compensation mechanism and the automatic micro-retraction reduce the risk of tape failure and ensure high product quality. Thanks to the two-pedal control, the operation of the machine is comfortable, especially during long work. The machine uses a unique system of heating pipes; air is supplied by an independent fan, so no water or oil gets in. Automatic tape cutter, special tape feed mechanism and tape end finishing reduce material waste. In addition, the special design of the housing provides a large operating space, and the ultra-thin design of the lower column allows the tape to be glued on products of various sizes.
