Description
The machine is designed for flexible joining of knitted materials with a flat seam.
The machine system ensures smooth feeding of various fabrics: from jersey to fleece, stretchy and of uneven thickness. Besides, you can easily adjust the overlap of the top/bottom fabric.
The small circumference of the cylinder bed at the point of needle drop is 148 mm. In addition, the long cylinder of 200 mm in front of the needle drop point provides a wide working space.
Unique design ensuring tangle-free and smooth thread guidance.
Easy differential gear adjustment with external lever.
The thread tension can be adjusted individually to achieve a neat stitch.
- spacing between needles 6mm (optionally 5.2mm)
- maximum presser foot lifting height – 6mm
- stitch length 1.6 - 2.5 mm
- sewing speed – 4000 stitches/min.
