Description
2 needles lockstitch machine OLISEW OLD-1560N-HL25 with compound transport . It is destined for heavy sewing as well as upholstery. Long arm with working area 660 mm long (from needle to body of the machine) and 150 mm high. Parameters: maximum sewing speed is 2000 spm, maximum length of stitch is 9 mm (in case of forward and backward sewing), height of foot lifting is 16 mm, needle system is 135x17, thickness of needle is between 125 and 180 Nm. The needles gauges are: 6; 8; 10; 14 (12 is standard one) . The machine is equipped with mechanism protecting needle and hooks against any damage. In comparison with standard hook, there is mounted the hook with 30% larger capacity what is useful in case of sewing with thick thread. There is also system of lubrication of hooks and several steps adjusting dial which enables regulating the height of internal walking foot according to the sewn material. The switch placed near needle bar turns on the function of bartacking while sewing. There is servo Direct Drive motor 750W equipped with function of needle positioning, pneumatic foot lifting and back bartacking.
