Description
Lockstitch machine OLISEW OLD-1560N-HL18 with compound transport. It is destined for heavy material sewing such as leather, upholstery etc. Long arm with working area 450 mm length and 150 mm height (from needle to body of the machine). The machine is available with following gauges: 6, 8, 10, 14 (and standard one 12). Parameters: maximum sewing speed is 2000 spm, maximum length is 9 mm (in case of forward and backward sewing), height of foot lifting is 16 mm, needle system is 135x17, needle thickness 125-180 Nm. It is equipped with mechanism protecting needle and hook against damage. In comparison with standard hook it is larger about 30 % which is useful in case of sewing with thick threads. There is also system of lubrication of hooks and several steps adjusting dial for regulating the height of internal walking foot according to sewn material. The switch that is located near needle bar turns on the function of bartacking while sewing. There is servo motor 750W equipped with functions: needle positioning, pneumatic foot lifting and back bartacking.
