Description
Single needle lockstitch machine OLISEW OLD-1510N-HL25 with compound transport. The machine is destined for heavy materials such as leather, furniture and car upholstery. There is a long arm with working space between needle and body of the machine – 660 mm long and 150 mm high. Parameters: maximum sewing speed is 2000 spm, maximum length of stitch is 9 mm or 12 mm (in case of forward and backward sewing), height of foot lifting – 16 mm, needle system 135x17, thickness of needle is between 125 to 180 Nm. The machine is equipped with a mechanism protecting needle and hook against damage. The hook is larger about 30% - it is useful in case of sewing with thick threads. There is also a system of lubrication of hook and few steps dial for regulating the height of inside walking foot according to sewn material. The button placed near needle bar turns on the function of bartacking while sewing. Servo motor Direct Drive 750W is equipped with function of needle positioning, pneumatic foot lifting and back bartacking.
