Description

Electronically controlled, two threads, sewing lockstitch eyelet buttonholer. Eyelet pattern as well as more other information such as pattern number, seams shape etc. are introduced by clear, multi-functional operating panel with graphic display. The machine is equipped with electronic, programmable, active system of thread tension. The tension of thread needle in case of parallel sewing as well as bartacking sections may be controlled separately thanks to introduced and saved in memory various sewing conditions (thread type, material type, sewing speed etc.).

Eyelet buttonholer JACK JK-T11790B enables sewing eyelet in double cycle of sewing with preliminary reinforcing stitching thanks to which the highest quality of eyelets are sewn, especially in case of stretch fabrics such as knitted materials.

As a standard it is possible to sew eyelets of different length without necessity of knife changing. The number of knife going down is set automatically depending on the eyelet length.

It is possible to save max. 200 kinds of patterns. USB connection enables easy adding new patterns and software updating.
