Description
2 threads, automatic buttonhole machine equipped with servo motor built-in the head of machine and stepping motors controlling the particular mechanisms of the machine. According to the subclass it is possible to sew the hole with or without lap, cutting before or after sewing, with or without crosswise bartacking.
All parameters such as kind and size of hole, mode of cutting, thread tension, sewing speed are programmed by clear and modern control panel. Particular hole can be programmed according to shape, width, size of hole, mode of cutting etc. The thread tension may be programmed regardless of tension for various elements of one hole.
The machine is controlled electronically by stepping motor. There is a function of programming of cyclical sewing of various kinds of holes. As a result, there is no necessity of readjusting. The change of type of sewn hole is quick – the machine is perfect for short-serial production with large variety of patterns. The construction of the body of machine enables sewing longitudinal holes on long elements.
The speed is adjusted – 400-2200 spm.
