Description

2 – threads full automatic buttonholer equipped with servo motor built in the head of the machine as well as stepping motors which control each mechanism of the machine separately. Depending on subclass it is possible to sew holes in around mode or not, with cutting before or after sewing, with convergent bartacking or without it or with crosswise bartacking.

All parameters such as kind and size of hole, way of cutting, thread tension, sewing speed are programmed by modern and clear control panel. For each shape of hole it is possible to program individually shape, width, size of hole, kind of cutting etc. Thread tension programming enables setting tension independently for different parts of hole.

Machine is equipped with cutting mechanism and knife which are controlled electronically by stepping motors. This enables making different shapes of holes without necessity of changing knives and cutting blocks. The machine has function of cyclical programming of sewing different kinds of holes and as a result there is no necessity for machine’s adjustment.

Thanks to quick change of type of hole as well as lack of mechanical adjustment, the machine is perfect for short-running sewing with various patterns. The body of machine enables sewing holes in long elements. The sewing speed is regulated and the range of it is: 400-2200 spm. Hole’s length depends on subclass and for MEB-3200SS (standard) is 10-38 mm, for ladies’ clothing and menswear.
