Description

Electronically controlled buttonhole sewing machine equipped with servo motor built in the head of the machine. There is high productivity combined with quality of seam. The machine is 2 threads with lockstitch. Sewing speed is to 4200 spm. Stepping motors control separately each mechanism of the machine.

In a standard configuration the machine is delivered with programmed 31 patterns and additionally there may be saved 99 more patterns. Pattern of hole and other information such as – number of pattern, shape of seams etc. are introduced by clear multi-functional operating panel with graphic display.

The panel is equipped with additional USB to which there may be connected portable memory with reader of memory cards (enables reading additional patterns). The machine is equipped with energy-saving LED lighting of working area.

The machine has got electronical, programmable and active system of control of thread tension. Tension of needle thread while parallel sewing and bartacking without hole may be controlled separately. It is possible thanks to saved in the memory various conditions of sewing (type of thread, type of material, sewing speed etc.). The machine may change the thread tension while parallel sewing and bartacking. This option helps to avoid breaking the thread. The thread tension is activated at the beginning and end of sewing. It prevents the thread from dragging up and fraying what takes place at the beginning of sewing.

The machine enables making the hole in double cycle of sewing with initial reinforcing sewing. Because of the fact that the thread is perfectly placed it does not stick out of sewing hole. Reinforcing sewing may be done even in the amount of nine. It is possible to sew the hole two times. For double stitch the section of bartacking is skipped and parallel sewing is made twice. It prevents exaggerated compression of section of bartacking of hole. For first and second sewing there may be used two various width of stitch.

In the machine there is used new model of mechanism of cutting of thread of bobbin case. The machine makes bartacking at the end of sewing. It prevents from untying the end of seam. The function of slow start, number of stitches and sewing speed may be set at the beginning of sewing.

The machine is equipped with function of multiple lowering of knife. There is no necessity to change the knife even if the size of hole is changed. The mechanism of knife powered by stepping motor is quiet. Additionally, the clamp of knife may be changed according to used material. The knife is used for sewing 41 to 70 mm length. The length 120 mm is available according to the order. Such type of sewing may be used in case of car safety seats.

It is possible to program cycle of patterns of sewn holes. There may be introduced 20 various programs and 15 patterns per each program.
