OLISEW OLD-1910H Automatic rope sewing machine
The machine is equipped with a servo motor built into the machine head (direct drive system) and stepper motors that control the individual mechanisms of the machine separately. It has 89 pre-programmed own stitch patterns. The size of the machine's memory allows you to enter additional patterns and the built-in SD card reader allows you to save any number of patterns on memory cards. Smooth adjustment of sewing length and width; programming of all functions takes place on an easy-to-use control panel, among others possibility of programming the cycle of bolts of various types. The lubrication system has also been improved - oil in a closed circuit, fed only to the hook mechanism. A solution that guarantees no oil leaks from the top of the machine (mainly the needle bar) causing the material to stain. 230V power supply.
The machine sews ropes with a thickness of 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 mm.
